Introduction to Yoga - 4-Week Course

Led by advanced yoga teacher Emma (in the picture) — a nurturing and very patient mom of three! — this 4-week Introduction to Yoga course is a welcoming way to start your yoga journey in a safe and enjoyable environment. Ideal for beginners, those managing back pain, or anyone wanting to revisit the fundamentals of yoga, this course builds confidence in a supportive setting.

By the end of the course, you'll feel ready to join any of our mixed-ability classes with ease and confidence.

  • Cost: £60 for the 4-week course

  • Schedule: Runs Tuesday at 8 pm for four consecutive weeks.

Please Note

  1. Please bring your own yoga mat or a yoga towel to place over the mat provided, as this is a hygiene requirement.

  2. The studio temperature typically ranges from 24-28 degrees Celsius, creating a comfortable environment for practice.
