Our main warm yoga studio, heated to a comfortable 26 degrees Celsius, offers a peaceful sanctuary for practice and can accommodate up to 24 students at a time. In addition to the main studio, we provide spacious male and female changing rooms with shower facilities. We also have Zahir’s personal training studio on the first floor, which doubles as the space for teacher training theory sessions.

Please note, we don’t have on-site parking available for students—parking is reserved for staff and one-on-one clients. Most students find convenient parking just 100 yards down the road at Tesco, where it’s free for up to 3 hours.

And as they say, don’t judge a book by its cover—while the building exterior may look a bit dated, step inside, and you’ll find a welcoming, serene space dedicated to your practice.
