Unlock Your Potential: Online CPD Courses for Yoga Teachers - Coming Soon

As yoga teachers, we know the journey of learning never stops. Whether you’ve been teaching for a few months or a few decades, there’s always more to explore, more to discover, and more to share with your students. That’s why I’m thrilled to announce our upcoming online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses for yoga teachers—designed to keep your teaching fresh, your mind sharp, and your practice evolving.

What You Can Expect

These courses are about more than just ticking a box for CPD hours. They’re about deepening your understanding of yoga, both on and off the mat. You’ll dive into anatomy and physiology with me, Zahir Akram, in a way that is not just informative but transformational. We’ll explore the body’s major muscles, bones, and how physiology—the magic that drives anatomy—plays a vital role in the way we move, breathe, and teach.

Beyond the science, we’ll also reconnect with the heart of yoga through philosophy. Drawing from the timeless stories of Shiva and Parvati, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how these ancient teachings can bring more depth to your personal practice and your classes. This isn’t just philosophy for philosophy’s sake—it’s about applying these teachings to your life and your teaching in a way that is meaningful and practical.

Why These Courses?

Teaching yoga is about more than leading a class. It’s about guiding your students on their journey, helping them discover their own bodies and their own magic. But to do that, you need to stay curious, keep learning, and never settle. My own quest for knowledge, which includes years of study in anatomy, biomechanics, and the ancient wisdom of the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, has taught me that every individual is unique. No one approach works for everyone, and as teachers, it’s our responsibility to help each student find their own path.

These courses are designed to give you the tools you need to do just that. By understanding the nuances of the human body and the timeless lessons of yoga philosophy, you’ll be better equipped to inspire your students and help them grow. You’ll also gain confidence in your ability to guide them safely, effectively, and with greater clarity.

A Personal Invitation

As someone who’s lived through chronic pain and navigated my way through the conflicting advice that often comes with it, I’m passionate about helping other teachers get it right. My own struggles have taught me the importance of listening to our bodies, and this course is my way of sharing that lesson with you. It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing better.

Whether you’re a seasoned teacher or just starting your journey, these online courses will provide you with the knowledge and inspiration you need to continue evolving, both as a teacher and as a practitioner. I’m excited to share this journey with you and can’t wait for you to experience all that these courses have to offer.

Stay tuned for more details on how to sign up, and get ready to dive deep into the world of yoga, from anatomy to philosophy and everything in between. Let’s continue to grow together.
