A Word from Our Owner & Course Leader, Zahir Akram -
"The in-person modules we practice at the studio cover topics I feel require detailed, hands-on explanations that are challenging to convey online. For example, understanding anatomical nuances—like why you may not be stretching what you think you are—and the impact of props and gravity in each pose. These concepts become much clearer through direct, face-to-face guidance.
The online lessons are designed to complement this, covering the remaining material so you feel fully confident in delivering and sharing the essence of Yin Yoga with others. My hope is that, through this training, you’ll be equipped to help others who can benefit from this healing practice, bringing the transformative power of Yin Yoga to those who need it most.
